How it works

New Zealand Mānuka Honey is one of the most researched honeys in the world and is shown to support healthy bacteria in the sinuses. It effectively works alongside the ingredient MSM to support the delicate lining of the sinus as well as a healthy nasal response to allergens and environmental pollution.

How to take it

Adults (12 years and older): Apply 2 sprays into each nostril 2 to 3 times daily.
