Directions

Adults: Take 1-3 capsules with food or as professionally advised.

Children (over 12 years): Take 1-2 capsules daily with food or as professionally advised.

Children (under 12 years): Cut 1 capsule and pour over food daily or as professionally advised.

Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Cautions / Contradictions

Contains soy.

In doses over 12g may increase effects of anticoagulant (blood thinning) medication.

Not suitable for vegans.
